Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it
- Be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without receiving prior approval and instructions from our support team.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (as requested during the return process).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details securely via email to complete the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Used gear or items not in original condition
- Any returns requested after the 7-day window
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with a description and photos. We’ll prioritize resolving the issue with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
We accept returns from all countries we ship to. However, international customers are responsible for all return shipping and any applicable customs fees.
